Properties and uses

▲ Mainly used in pre-treatment for reverse osmosis system;

▲ Can partially or completely replace the currently used aluminum and iron Sulfate type inorganic coagulants,and can be used alone or mixed with aluminum and iron salt;

▲ widely range of pH and coagulation Fast speed, dense and strong aggregates, good settling property;

▲ Effective for removing turbidity, bacteria and algae, and is not affected by chlorine treatment, and does not increase the soluble metals (aluminum and iron) in the treated water;

▲ Improve the speed of solid-liquid separation,extend the working period of the filter during direct filtration;

▲ Can be miscible with water in any proportion.

Usage

▲ EX-401 is a polymeric flocculant compounded from precisely treated inorganic salts and high molecular polymer. Apart from the strong electric neutralization capacity and absorption flocculation function of inorganic polymeric flocculant, it also has the strong absorption bridging function. Therefore, it is mostly used in the working process of multi-media filter to take the role of flocculation and sedimentation;

▲ More efficient when it is used in water with high PH, it has no special requirement for dosing system and material used.

☆ The usual dilution factor is less than 10 times or add the original solution, depending on the configuration

☆ The technical staff should recommend appropriate dosage based on the water quality and the process features, and get the best effect through making adjustment on spot, the usual dosage is 4-10ppm;

☆ The dosing point should be far from the inlet of filter (5.0-7.0 meters), and the spraying point shall be at the center of the water pipe to ensure the uniform mixing in turbulent flow.

Package and Storage

Normally In 25kg net Plastic Drum, IBC drum can also be used as required.Storage for 12 months in room shady and dry place.
